Armenian
sweet Sujuk is a sausage-shaped confection, made from walnuts, sewn onto a
string, and dipped in thickened grape or mulberry SYRUP (must) and dried under
the sun. This is one of the most popular Armenian desserts. Sujuk is often
served with tea or coffee and It is a
worthy and exellent alternative to chocolate and other sweets. Besides, it does
not contain chemistry - artificial
sweeteners and other bioadditives. It has a relatively dense consistency
and resembles a dense marmalade
