CANDIED WATERMELON 1 KILOGRAM

CANDIED WATERMELON IS THE MOST UNUSUAL KIND OF CANDIED FRUIT, WHICH WE HAVE EVER HAD TO FACE. THEY ARE PIECES OF WATERMELON RINDS BOILED IN A THICK SUGAR SYRUP AND DRIED IN SUGAR.

BOILING IN SYRUP AND SUGARCRAFT MAKES A RINDS OF WATERMELON SOFT AND SWEET. IN DOING SO THEY SAVED A LOT OF USEFUL SUBSTANCES, WHICH ARE  BECOMING AVAILABLE TO THE HUMAN BODY.

EXTERNALLY, CANDIED WATERMELON PEELS LOOK LIKE  SLICES OF TRANSLUCENT LIGHT GREEN OR YELLOWISH COLOR. ON THE PALATE IT IS SWEET AND A LITTLE BIT HARSH, BUT STILL NICE.
